Getting Started

A single gameplay session of PZ lasts 6-12 minutes. Play 4 sessions per week for at least 4 weeks to complete your course of treatment. We recommend completing your daily goal in one sitting.

How to Create an Account:

Once you receive an onboarding email from Personal Zen, follow these steps to create an account:

Once you’ve downloaded the application on the App Store or Google Play Store, tap the PZ icon on your mobile device to start.

Click “Sign up with a Registration Code”

Enter your email address, create a new password, and enter the code provided to you via email

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address and click “Verify”

Device Requirements:

● Make sure your mobile device is charged and there is a stable internet connection before use to minimize interruptions.
iOS: Minimum version 11.0 on iPhone 7 and later models
Android: Minimum OS version 5.0, 6GB of RAM, 64-bit processor,
Screen size between 6 and 6.7’ inches.

Minimizing Distractions:

Carve out free time in your week for your 4 weekly sessions and try your best to stick to that schedule.
PZ works best when users are actively engaged and uninterrupted, so try your best to minimize distractions (e.g. use headphones, turn off phone notifications, mark your calendar etc.).
If an interruption does occur and you need to exit the PZ app, the gameplay session will pause and you can return to your session later in the day.
